What data we collect, and through which form
This Website collects personal data only through the "Contact & booking" form (name, phone, email, stay dates, number of guests and message). This is identification and contact data; no special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR are ever processed.
Legal basis and purpose of processing
The legal basis for processing is the User's consent, given by filling in and submitting the form. Data is collected solely to handle the enquiry or booking request, and to respond by phone or email. It is not used for commercial personalisation, advertising or profiling.
The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without this affecting their ability to use the Website.
Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or booking and, in any case, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, or until the User requests its deletion.

Data submitted through the form is received and managed directly by BBHouses; it is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The Website is hosted by the following hosting company, which acts as a data processor solely for technical hosting purposes:

This Website currently does not use any third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Personal data of minors
In accordance with Article 8 GDPR and Article 7 of the LOPD-GDD, only those aged 14 or over may lawfully give their consent to the processing of their personal data. For a minor under 14, the consent of their parents or legal guardians is required.
Security of personal data
BBHouses undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee data security and to prevent its destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access. The Website has an SSL certificate, which encrypts data transmission between the User's browser and the server.
User rights
The User may exercise the following rights against BBHouses, recognised under the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD:
- Access: obtain confirmation of whether their data is being processed and, if so, access it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of their data when no longer necessary or when consent is withdrawn.
- Restriction of processing: request that the use of their data be restricted in certain cases.
- Portability: receive their data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to the processing of their data.
