These are the conditions for bookings made directly with us.
- Check-in and check-out. Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00.
- Payment. You pay through our booking system: 50% when you book and the remaining 50% no later than 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellation. If you let us know at least 7 days before arrival, we refund what you have paid. If you tell us later, there is no refund.
- ID. The same booking system will ask for the guests' identity details before arrival, as the regulations require.
- Pets. Pets are not allowed.
